“ First time visit and definitely not our last! There is definitely a reason that this place is busy: you know it's good when the lots are full of bikes. Service was excellent. Carrie took very good care of us and we couldn't believe how quickly the food came out considering it was so busy. Not only did it come out in a timely manner, it was fantastic! Burgers were delicious, french fries are amazing, the hoagie was very yummy and the Philly cheesesteak poutine was the absolute best! Big pieces of steak, gravy was fantastic, good amount of cheese, peppers/onions! ”

“ The jalapeno poppers, stuffed with a thick cream cheese and wrapped with perfectly cooked bacon were the best I've tasted; I got takeout but wanted to drive back for more. The pulled pork tacos were generously stuffed with a good mix of meat and veggies, and very scrumptious. The four-cheese spinach dip was equally filling and surprisingly tasty. You are going to be back for more. The Redneck Logger is a delicious, smooth lager that defies it's appearance and surprises you with a professional taste. The beer menu is so large it's hard to choose. ”

“ We went to Redneck Bistro today around 2pm. When we arrived, it was crowded, so it's better to make a reservation Our server, Kaitlin, was a very helpful and patient person We ordered our lunch and beer, and we didn't wait for long. We wanted to try local beers - number 10 was very good, fresh, and a little bit sweet, while number 15 was a dark bitter beer. Our food was very good We ordered 10oz striplion steak dinner and buffalo chicken poutine. The steak was fresh and tasty, just like the poutine with chicken - the poutine was spicy but still very good! I can highly recommend this place, and for sure, we will go back there for the tasty food! The portions were very big, so make sure you're very hungry you make a good job guys! All the best! ”

“ They boast that their pulled-pork egg rolls give Ottawa's Golden Palace a run for their money. I can firmly say that the Golden Palace has nothing to fear. However, they make excellent burgers. I've ordered them twice before and both times, they were delicious. This time, I had the egg rolls and chicken tacos. The chicken was good with a nice, zesty sauce, but the greens underneath were drowned in dressing. I wouldn't order either item again. The service is excellent and they have a great patio area. They also have a great beer selection. I'll definitely go again but I'll stick to their burgers. ”

“ After a Hot round of golf at Calabogie Highlands golf course we headed to the Redneck Bistro for refreshments and food. Twelve golfers sat inside, and it was very pretty and rustic. Service was fast and awesome. The food was also quick. I went with their Wednesday special A burger and fries and a cold one for 24. Beautiful char on the burger and nicely seasoned with Monterrey cheese lettuce tomato onion and pickles. Damn it was nice. Another bud of mine went for the Salmon with a nice garden salad. He loved it. I do recommend calling because this place is really busy due to cottage season and other attractions. Cheers ”

“ We were staying at a local campground about fifteen minutes from the restaurant. My husband and son drive by it on their way hunting each year so we decided to trek out for dinner on a rainy night. Best decision ever. The server was SO great with us, the establishment was PACKED, but they found a seat at the bar for the 4 of us, got the children colouring utensils and were quick to serve us. The meal portions were HUGE and very reasonably priced. We left with full bellies and take out containers that fed us for the next 2 days as well. Anytime we are in the area, this will be a MUST STOP! ”

“ ROADKILL BURGER.... without hesitation THE BEST burger I've ever had...and trust me folks I've eaten over my share of burgers all over Canada and the USA. Hand made beef patty...then pulled pork...then two Texas Twinkies!!! The first bite to the last bite was perfection! To the owner and staff... congratulations you're doing it right!! Great atmosphere. We arrived and the place was packed. 15min later we were seated...ordered...and food on the table was steaming hot. Incredibly fast. Definitely a must if you're anywhere close to Calabogie Ontario. This place is a MUST visit!! Please don't take my word for it...you gotta try it!!! ”
